Hello Heart Program
For all members enrolled in the medical plan, as well as spouses and adult dependents. It is a digital health platform designed to help individuals manage and improve their heart health. The program focuses on monitoring key cardiovascular metrics, promoting healthy habits, and providing personalized insights to reduce the risk of heart disease. Hinge Health Program
For all members enrolled in the medical plan, as well as spouses and adult dependents. Provides personalized care for musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, such as chronic back, knee, hip, shoulder, and neck pain. The program combines technology with human support to help users manage pain, improve mobility, and avoid unnecessary surgeries or medications. Lark – Anthem Members
Anthem members, along with spouses and adult dependents. Lark is an AI-powered health coach that provides personalized support for various wellness goals, including weight management, nutrition, physical activity, and stress management. The platform leverages artificial intelligence to provide users with tailored health guidance, behavioral insights, and real-time feedback. Real Appeal – UHC Members
UHC members, along with spouses and adult dependents. Real Appeal is a digital weight loss and wellness program designed to help individuals achieve and maintain a healthy weight through a combination of personalized coaching, digital tools, and evidence-based strategies. The program focuses on lifestyle changes and behavioral support to promote long-term weight management and overall health improvement. EPC Grant Program
EPC offers an annual Wellness Grant program to financially support specific wellness and wellbeing programs in our member districts. The grant funding is based on the district size and scope of the request. We encourage our districts to be creative in developing ideas and programs that are tailored to the specific needs of your staff members.
EPC Wellness Grant Application
Flu Shot Clinics
EPC will reimburse your vendor up to $35 per injection for ALL district employees, spouses, and children. No health insurance or claim forms are required.
Biometric Screenings
EPC will reimburse your vendor up to $40 per screening for ALL district employees. No health insurance or claim forms are required.
