Hello Heart
All members enrolled in the medical plan, as well as spouses and adult dependents have access to a new way to manage heart health. Hello Heart is a digital support program for members with high blood pressure and comes with a blood pressure monitor that connects to the app on your phone. It’s engaging and rewarding!
Lark
Anthem members, along with spouses and adult dependents are encouraged to participate in the Lark Diabetes Prevention Program. Lark is an AI-powered health coach that provides personalized support for various wellness goals, including weight management, nutrition, physical activity, and stress management. It offers real-time feedback and guidance to help users make positive lifestyle changes.
Real Appeal
UHC members, along with spouses and adult dependents are encouraged to enroll in the Real Appeal online weight loss program. Eat Healthier, Stay Active & Develop Healthy Habits. Once a week live coaching sessions, digital tools, and a success kit to track progress.
EPC Grant Program
EPC offers an annual Wellness Grant program to financially support specific wellness and wellbeing programs in our member districts. The grant funding is based on the district size and scope of the request. We encourage our districts to be creative in developing ideas and programs that are tailored to the specific needs of your staff members.
Flu Shot Clinics
EPC will reimburse your vendor up to $30 per injection for ALL district employees, spouses, and children. No health insurance or claim forms are required.
Biometric Screenings
EPC will reimburse your vendor up to $40 per screening for ALL district employees. No health insurance or claim forms are required.
