Notice to Vendors

Sealed solicitations will be received by the Association of Educational Purchasing (AEPA) on behalf of its 31 State Member Agencies until:
1:30 p.m., ET, February 12, 2026.

Solicitations:  026.5-A Industrial Arts and Career & Tech Supplies and 026.5-B Institutional Kitchen Equipment.

All responses shall be submitted online via Euna Procurement by the due date and time listed above.  Vendors are requested to visit AEPA’s website at http://aepacoop.org/registration-solicitations/ for instructions on how to register at no cost with Euna Procurement.  AEPA documents will be released on January 7, 2026.  Note that Vendors must be able to provide their proposed products and services in up to 31 states.  

Solicitations will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. ET, February 12, 2026 at EducationPlus, 1460 Craig Road, St Louis, MO 63146.  An opening record will be posted to AEPACOOP.org.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES

The Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Council (“EPC”) is soliciting statements of qualifications from professional design firms for professional design services to be utilized by members of the EPC for existing facilities improvements.

Firms interested in providing the services may obtain the EPC’s Request for Qualifications for Professional design Services, which provides additional details regarding the requirements of the services as well as details regarding the procedures, timeline and conditions for submitting and evaluating a statement of qualifications, should email their request to:  Robin.Houston@epcschools.org.  

The deadline for submission of a statement of qualifications is 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on January 7, 2026.

ADDENDUM NO. 1
to the 
Request for Qualifications for Professional Design Services
Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Council (“EPC”) 

This Addendum No. 1 supplements and amends the Request for Qualifications for Professional Design Services issued December 17, 2025 (“RFQ”) for the
provision of professional design services to the EPC membership for existing facilities improvements.

TEM 1

Article III of the RFQ is amended to read as follows:

It is preferred that responding firms have:
(1) a minimum of five years experience working with local, state or federal governmental entities; (2) a minimum of 4 architects licensed by the State of
Ohio; and (3) a minimum of at least 1 professional engineer on staff certified/licensed by the State of Ohio as a Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil
Engineer. The EPC will nonetheless consider the qualifications of firms that do not meet these preferred qualifications.


ITEM 2

All other provisions of the RFQ are unchanged and remain in full force and effect.

This Addendum No. 2 supplements and amends the Request for Qualifications for Professional Design Services issued December 17, 2025 (“RFQ”) for the
provision of professional design services to the EPC membership for existing facilities improvements. 

ITEM 1
This Addendum No. 2 supplements and amends the Request for Qualifications for Professional Design Services issued December 17, 2025 (“RFQ”) for the
provision of professional design services to the EPC membership for existing facilities improvements.

In the original RFQ, under Minimum Qualifications, we stated “a minimum of 6 architects/engineers licensed by the State of Ohio”.  In our Addendum No. 1, we stated a “minimum of 4 architects licensed by the State of Ohio”.  

To clarify, it should be “a minimum of 4 architects/engineers licensed by the State of Ohio”.  

ITEM 2
All other provisions of the RFQ are unchanged and remain in full force and effect.
