Bid/RFP Notifications:

The Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Council (a Public Entity/Owner), in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 167 and Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.65 through 153.72, is soliciting statements of qualifications for design-build contracting services in connection with Infrastructure Upgrades.  Interested Design-Build Contracting Firms may obtain from the Owner it’s Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Design-Build Contracting Services detailing the procedures and conditions for submitting a statement of qualifications by electronically contacting:

Answers to any questions regarding the Request for Qualifications shall be sent electronically to the firm submitting the question and shall be sent to all firms on record with the Owner as having requested and been furnished a copy of this RFQ.  It is therefore imperative that firms provide full and accurate information to the Owner.

Complete proposals must be sent electronically to Ken.Swink@epcschools.org by 1:00 p.m. EST on Monday, February 23, 2026.  Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted or considered.  

Sealed solicitations will be received by the Association of Educational Purchasing (AEPA) on behalf of its 31 State Member Agencies until:
1:30 p.m. EST, February 12, 2026.

Solicitations:  026.5-A Industrial Arts and Career & Tech Supplies and 026.5-B Institutional Kitchen Equipment.

All responses shall be submitted online via Euna Procurement by the due date and time listed above.  Vendors are requested to visit AEPA’s website at http://aepacoop.org/registration-solicitations/ for instructions on how to register at no cost with Euna Procurement.  AEPA documents will be released on January 7, 2026.  Note that Vendors must be able to provide their proposed products and services in up to 31 states.  

Solicitations will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. ET, February 12, 2026 at EducationPlus, 1460 Craig Road, St Louis, MO 63146.  An opening record will be posted to AEPACOOP.org.
