Criteria Architect/Engineer Services

The Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Council (“SOEPC”), is soliciting statements of qualifications from professional design firms for criteria architect/engineer services (“Criteria Engineer Services”) for integrated facility services for the repair, enlargement, improvement of buildings or structures. 

Firms interested in providing the services may obtain the SOEPC’s Request for Qualifications for Criteria Architect/Engineer Services, which provides additional details regarding the requirements of the services as well as details regarding the procedures, timeline, and conditions for submitting and evaluating a statement of qualifications, via request to:  Robin.Houston@epcschools.org.  

The deadline for submission of a statement of qualifications is 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time on October 21, 2025.
