EPC uses an online enrollment system to manage enrollments across all plans.  This online system also generates the monthly invoice for each district.

Username:  1st initial + lastname + last 4 digits of your Social Security Number

(Example:  jdoe1234)

Initial Password:   Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
